Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Grape tomatoes quartered
  • 2 tbsp Red onion shaved
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh tarragon lightly chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to marinate until ready to serve.
