Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 loaf French bread cut into about 6 inch pieces and halved
  • Leftover T-bone steak sliced
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Butter lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Baby carrots
  • 4 TBSP Ranch dressing

Beverage

  • 24 oz Lemonade

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per instruction above.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. While the pan is heating, toast the bread.
  • Toast the bread halves in a toaster oven.
  • Add the steak slices to the pan and brown on both sides just until hot.
  • Make the sandwich: Spread the mayo inside each half of bread and layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, sliced steak, and cheese.
  • Serve: Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy with carrots, ranch, and lemonade.
