Ingredients

Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Wrap

  • 6 oz Breakfast sausage patty
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Flour tortillas

Grapes

  • 1 cup Grapes

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the breakfast sausage on both sides to an internal temperature of 155F (68C). Then cut into strips.
  • Once cooked, remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • In the same skillet, crack the eggs in and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Cook until the whites firm up then gently flip over and top with cheese, cook for 30 seconds longer or until the cheese is melted.
  • Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place the eggs and sausage on the wrap. Fold in the sides and roll up. Cut in half.
  • Prepare fruit: Wash the grapes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Serve: Place each breakfast burrito on a plate. Serve with a side of grapes and a glass of orange juice.
