Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 2 TBSP Sour cream
  • 2 TBSP Horseradish
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 4 slices White cheddar cheese
  • 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Chipotle Sauce
  • 1 cup Celery cut into 3 inch long sticks

Lemonade

  • 24 oz Lemonade cold

Instructions

  • Mix the sour cream and horseradish in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread the horseradish sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with spring mix, tomatoes, roast beef seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
  • In a bowl mix the mayo with chipotle sauce and prep the celery sticks.
  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve with celery, chipotle mayo, and lemonade.
