Ingredients
Sandwich
- 2 TBSP Sour cream
- 2 TBSP Horseradish
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 1 cup Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 4 slices White cheddar cheese
- 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Chipotle Sauce
- 1 cup Celery cut into 3 inch long sticks
Lemonade
- 24 oz Lemonade cold
Instructions
- Mix the sour cream and horseradish in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the horseradish sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with spring mix, tomatoes, roast beef seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
- In a bowl mix the mayo with chipotle sauce and prep the celery sticks.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve with celery, chipotle mayo, and lemonade.
