Ingredients

Omelet

  • 3 slices Bacon chopped
  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 6 Eggs
  • pinch Salt
  • dash Hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Fresh chives chopped
  • 2 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 4 TBSP Gruyere cheese shredded
  • 2 English muffin
  • 2 TBSP Your choice of jam more if needed

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Place the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy and golden brown. Set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • Heat an omelet pan on medium heat. Add butter. While the butter is melting, beat eggs with a wire whisk. Add salt, hot sauce, chives, and parsley to eggs. Pour the egg mixture into the hot butter and stir. Add bacon and continue stirring. When the omelet is just set (do not cook too long), sprinkle cheese down the center of it, fold it, and turn it out onto a plate.
  • Toast the English muffin and spread it with jam.
  • Serve the omelet with English muffin and juice.
