Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Milk more if needed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 tsp Maple syrup sub honey or your favorite sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice cold
Instructions
- Mix ingredients for overnight oats: Add oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon into a mason jar. Add more milk if needed for volume. Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir some of the blueberries into the oats. Save some for topping.
- Serve the oats with orange juice.
