Ingredients

Bagel with garlic herb cream cheese:

  • 2 Your choice of bagel
  • 4 TBSP Garlic Herb Cream Cheese

Scrambled eggs:

  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 4 Eggs large
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Coffee:

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Instructions

  • Slice the bagels in half horizontally. Toast them to your desired level of crispiness.
  • Spread the garlic herb cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagels.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl. Beat them well with a fork or whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Let them sit for a moment until they start to set around the edges.
  • Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, pushing them from the edges toward the center. Continue cooking and stirring until the eggs are fully cooked but still moist. Remove from heat.
  • Serve the bagel with eggs. Enjoy with coffee.
