Ingredients

Turkey Brie Cranberry Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 4 TBSP Cranberry sauce
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast sliced
  • 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Baby spinach (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar (to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Toast the bread if preferred.
  • Spread cranberry sauce evenly on each slice of bread.
  • Layer with sliced turkey breast, brie, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with the remaining slice of whole grain bread. Cut in half.
  • In a pitcher, mix together the fresh-squeezed lemon juice, water, and sugar to taste. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Adjust sweetness as needed. Serve the lemonade over ice cubes.
  • Enjoy your delicious sandwich with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
