Ingredients
Turkey Brie Cranberry Sandwich
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 4 TBSP Cranberry sauce
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast sliced
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 1 cup Baby spinach (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Toast the bread if preferred.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly on each slice of bread.
- Layer with sliced turkey breast, brie, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the remaining slice of whole grain bread. Cut in half.
- In a pitcher, mix together the fresh-squeezed lemon juice, water, and sugar to taste. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Adjust sweetness as needed. Serve the lemonade over ice cubes.
- Enjoy your delicious sandwich with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
