Ingredients

Breakfast Sandwich

  • 4 oz Breakfast sausage patties
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread

Fruit

  • 2 cups Grapes washed

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5 - 7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Cook the Eggs: Add the butter to a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the white is firm then flip over and top with cheese. Cook until melted, about 1 minute longer. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Place the sausage on the bread and top with eggs. Place the other half of the toasted bread on top. Cut in half.
  • Serve the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches with the grapes and orange juice.
