Ingredients
Medianoche
- 2 Sub rolls or baguette
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 8 Pickle slices
- 4 oz Leftover roasted pork loin leftover from tuesdays lunch
- 2 oz Deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 TBSP Butter
- 4 oz Pita chips
- 1 cup Hummus
Homemade Lemonade
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 20 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
Instructions
- Slice the bread in half horizontally without cutting all the way through, leaving a hinge.
- Spread mustard and mayo on the inside of each roll.
- Layer the roll with pickles, pork, ham, and cheese.
- Preheat a panini grill.
- Spread butter on the outer sides of the rolls.
- Grill the Sandwiches on the panini until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Mix the ingredients for the homemade lemonade.
- Enjoy your delicious medianoches with pita chips and hummus and lemonade.
