- 1 TBSP Butter melted
- 8 oz Cooked lobster meat
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sides:
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
For the Lemonade:
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic aioli: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Tabasco sauce. Stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the buns:Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toast the buns until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine lobster and aioli: In a small bowl, gently toss the lobster meat with the garlic aioli, ensuring even coating. Adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
- Assemble the lobster rolls: Spoon the lobster mixture generously into the toasted buns. Serve immediately.
