Ingredients

For the Garlic Aioli:

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Lobster Rolls:

  • 4 Hot dog buns or New England style buns
  • 1 TBSP Butter melted
  • 8 oz Cooked lobster meat
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sides:

  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

For the Lemonade:

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prepare the garlic aioli: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Tabasco sauce. Stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toast the buns:Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toast the buns until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Combine lobster and aioli: In a small bowl, gently toss the lobster meat with the garlic aioli, ensuring even coating. Adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
  • Assemble the lobster rolls: Spoon the lobster mixture generously into the toasted buns. Serve immediately.
  • Prepare the lemonade: In a large pitcher, mix the fresh lemon juice, water, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Serve over ice.
  • Serve the lobster rolls with potato chips, pickle, and lemonade.
