Buttered Croissants
- 2 Croissants store-bought or homemade
- 2 TBSP Butter
Blueberry Smoothie
- 2 cups Blueberries frozen
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Your choice of milk
- 2 TBSP Honey optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Spread butter on the cut sides of each croissant.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet, buttered side up, and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy.
- In a blender, combine frozen blueberries, banana, milk, and honey (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve the croissant with smoothie.
